This week I am thankful that I am learning how to rest and relax. It has been way too long since I have honestly done either. I am too much a workaholic. When I take on a project, I go a full steam and give at least 150%.
De-stressing is helping me to detox myself from the previous work situation I was in. I am realizing just how toxic that environment really was and I am thankful to not be there anymore. I am getting better and better each day. I am even slowly regaining some of my health. That makes us all happy.
