Each Friday, at least for the foreseeable future, I will be sharing a blog post from the past. These will be posts from other places that I have retained the rights once again, or from this blog. I hope you enjoy these entries. I know they are ones that have made me smile.

Nothing quite beats an impromptu photo session, especially when that session involves your siblings. I was blessed with just such a photo session recently. Unbeknownst to us, my baby sister and my brother planned a visit, and what you are about to witness is the silent version of what happens when we all get together at the same time after about a gajillion years. I don’t think the parental units were truly prepared for what their offspring had to offer up. We are slightly nutty like that.
First, I will start with the photo where we are behaving….
This is a great representation of us when we are portraying our manners. We are all outside people and we all grew up on a farm or a ranch. So pretty accurate for public.
This picture is just one that I really love of me and my little brother, Mike. (I am the oldest, so even though I am the shortest, they are all little. Hmmmph…)
This shows that we do love each other and are happy to be together so we can harass each other. It’s what we do.
This one is where we started to cut up just a bit…
And yet again…(you should have seen the guy driving by in his truck laughing. Glad he stayed on the road.)
Another view of that one…(This would be my, please put me down face.)
My sister thought she was a Diva super model here…she’s the baby of the family and it is all about her….(She’ll probably kill me for sharing this one. But she lives in Idaho. It will take her a couple of hours to get here to do it.)
The sun was bright, and I couldn’t move after our picture prior to this one. So I decided to take a short nap. You can see how well I got away with that idea…
My brother decided that at our ages, I should get to be tall for once. This is my “I’m scared, Daddy!” face.
I decided to own it here and prove to my sister that it was really all about me.
Jenny and I decided to show how tough we are…
Who let him in this picture?
As you can see, we had a great time. What you can’t see is the conversations we were having at the time:
“Do you remember puking in the blue room downstairs? One of us started it, then another one lost it, then another, and then the first person lost it again…”
“Hey Mike, do you remember stuffing us down the old outhouse?”
“It made a great dungeon…”
Do you remember…
