Time for me to get organized again! With school having started, and the fact that we are doing a home ec/life skills class in our homeschool, a plan is in order. It should help me not have to think quite so hard each day on what we are going to make for class or have for dinner. Since I am also trying to knock out a couple of novels at the moment as well, not having to figure out what is for dinner will be a timesaver and a blessing.
Here is what I have planned for this week:
Eggs, Toast, Bacon or Sausage
Popcorn Chicken, Fries
Meatloaf, Corn on the Cob, New Potatoes, Brownies
Cashew Chicken, Rice, Eggrolls
Sloppy Joes, Corn on the cob, Salads & Desserts–It’s a church dinner. I’m making all the sloppy joes for about 200 people.
Pork Chops & Sauerkraut, Tomato-Cucumber Salad
Chicken Parmigiana, Spaghetti, Salad, Baguette Bread, Key Lime Whip
Key Lime Whip
