It’s going to be a busy week for me. I have lots of canning to do. I’m going to try my hand at pepper jelly for the first time. I’m kind of excited to try this one. We like it, and it will be wonderful to make my own. I’m also putting up some peaches (which might just become pie filling), canning chard, making salsa, and sweet & sour sauce. If I have time after this is all done, then I’ll start working with the crab apples.

Chicken Fajita Tortilla Pie
Cheddar Dogs, Chips
Cashew Chicken, Rice, Eggrolls
Cabbage and Sausage
Chicken Cordon Bleu’
