I made some really fabulous Sweet and Sour sauce this past week that I canned. I’ll be sharing the recipe here on my blog this week. I shared some with my mom and she begged for the recipe and then went crazy canning it herself. I will never be purchasing sweet and sour sauce again. This is just that good. Really.
In other news, we ended up having a family dinner on Sunday. I pulled a ham out of the freezer and served that instead of what I had planned originally. I’m telling you this because my menu this week will reflect that ham. It was a big ham.
Here is what we are planning to eat this week:
Cold Cereal, Milk
Popcorn Chicken, Tater Tots
Cheddar Dogs, Chips
Cheesy Ham Scalloped Potatoes
Ham & Bean Soup, Cornbread
Grilled Chicken, Squash, Salad
Chicken Fajita Enchiladas
Pumpkin Pie Bars
