This is a little late this week, but better late than never, right? Chandler has his 16th birthday this week, so the menu for two dinners revolves around him: His actual birthday dinner, and the dinner we are serving at his party. I will be busy making homemade hamburger buns and loads of cupcakes later this week. It should be fun.
Here are the foods I have planned for this week:
Cold Cereal, Milk
Soup and Crackers
Chicken Nuggets, Tater Tots
Burritos or Pizza Pockets
Ham Sandwiches, Pretzels
Steak, Baked Acorn Squash, Salad
Crockpot Enchiladas–Recipe coming soon!
Pork Chops & Sauerkraut
Kielbasa, Cabbage (We didn’t have it last week, so we are having it this week.)
Chicken Cordon Bleu, Baked Potatoes, Cheesy Salad-This is Chandler’s Birthday dinner that he requested
Sloppy Joes, Chips, Veggie Tray & Dip–This is for his party the next night. We’ll have apples and caramel, cupcakes, punch, and icecream as well.
Roast & Veggies-We didn’t end up making this either. So it is on the schedule for this week. It might get bumped again though if we have a family dinner. LOL!
