We are still working on our living room. I think this remodeling job is going to last just about forever. I am also busy canning the tomatoes we picked before we had a freeze. I have several green tomatoes, so this won’t be the end of it all. They will all eventually ripen and need canned and used. Though I will be making a green salsa this year per the request of my husband. I am also still getting cases of different items from Bountiful Baskets, so I will be doing some different canning here and there. In short, I am busy, with no end in sight.

Fried Ham & Potatoes
Ham & Bean Soup, Cornbread
Kielbasa and Cabbage
Roast & Veggies
