The Breakfast Cookies went over so well this past week, that I decided to try two others this week in addition to the Peanut Butter ones. This will offer a little variety, and honestly, who doesn’t love the idea of a cookie for breakfast? These are so low in sugar and basically gluten free for those with allergies. These are the kinds of cookies I can get behind for breakfast and not feel guilty.
Here is what we are planning to eat this week:
Eggs, Toast, Bacon or Sausage
Egg on Toast
Cheddar Dogs, Chips
Chicken stuffed with broccoli and cheese, Butternut Squash, Buttered Golden Potatoes
Meatball Subs, French Fries
Crockpot Chicken & Stuffing
Pork Chops smothered in Marinara, Rice
Roast & Veggies
