I once again missed making a menu last week. I was down with a lupus flare that I am still trying to overcome. I am doing a little better, but I need to be diligent in taking care of myself or I will quickly regress instead of making progress out of it.
Here is what we are planning on eating this week:
Eggs, Toast, Bacon or Sausage
Grilled Ham & Cheese
Baked Chicken, Broccoli, Glazed Carrots
Potato Leek Soup with Bacon, Baguette Bread
Steak, Baked Potatoes, Asparagus, Salad, Birthday Cake–It’s Gary’s Birthday. He has requested this dinner, chocolate cake and homemade chocolate ice cream.
Pork Roast, Mashed Potatoes, Salad
Family Dinner–I am going to offer to take Beef Enchiladas.
