I missed posting a menu last week, though I did have one. I’ve set a goal for posting these each week again, and I’ll share about my new system in a post later tonight. I am super excited about it and what I am planning to do to get on track for just about everything once again. I can hardly wait to share it with you.
In any case, here is what I am planning for meals around here this week. Hope I stick to it. It will simplify my life immensely if I do. Obviously I will be adding in veggies from the garden to each meal.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Grilled Pork Chops, Corn on the Cob, Buttered Red Potatoes
Tuesday: Tacos, with fresh salsa I will be canning that day
Wednesday: Teriyaki Stirfry
Thursday: Homemade Pizza & Wings
Friday: Beef Stroganoff, Buttered Noodles, Corn on the Cob, Tomato & Cucumber Slices
Saturday: Grilled Chicken Breast, Summer Squash, Salad, Buttered Red Potatoes, Blackberry Cobbler
Sunday: Family Dinner-Planning on taking a salad of some kind.
