I didn’t do a menu plan last week and boy did our meals show it! I don’t know why I let that chore slip now and again. We eat and do so much better when I take the short amount of time to plan. It also keeps me from having a brain freeze when it is coming up on dinner time and I have NO clue what to fix. You would think with a stocked freezer and pantry, I would easily have ideas. But no…I look at it and wonder what on earth I can make with what we have. It makes me feel like a teenager who looks into a full refrigerator and complains there is nothing to eat!
Here is what we are planning to eat this week:
Monday- Hamburgers, Corn on the Cob, Yellow Squash, Fresh Fruit
Tuesday-Oven BBQ Chicken, Corn on the Cob, Potatoes
Wednesday-Spaghetti, Green Beans, Ciabatta Bread
Thursday-Pork Chops, Stuffing, Potatoes
Saturday-Corn Dogs, French Fries
Sunday-Roast & Veggies
