The best thing I made last week were the Ritz Rollups from e-mealz. They were truly fantastic and I ended up making them again on Sunday for the big family dinner. They were received very well.
This week, I will be repeating a couple of recipes that I didn’t make last week due to being sick. I still want to try them and so I am going to make the effort this week. I am still getting over being so sick, but I *think* I am getting better. I certainly hope so. I am tired of being sick.
I should be doing a lot of canning this week as well. I had no plans of making salsa this year because my husband had assured me we had loads and loads of it in the pantry. Well, he came up this last week and announced he was bringing me the last jar. Good thing my brother in law had planted extra peppers and offered them to me. I just took him up on that offer today, so I will be replenishing the salsa.

Friday-Country Fried Steak Bits in Gravy*, Mashed Potatoes
Saturday-French Dip Sandwich Rolls*, Corn on the Cob
Sunday-Lasagna, French Bread, Salad
