I have a FULL week planned and I am so glad I have a menu planned so that “what’s for dinner?” stress is removed. It just makes things so much better.
I am finishing up some last edits on my first suspense thriller that will be released the first part of next week. I am excited about the book and the plan is for book 2 to be released on Halloween, and book 3 of the series to be released the first part of December. It’s a strenuous schedule that will keep me on my toes for sure.

Monday: Baked Chicken, Baked Potatoes, Green Beans
Tuesday: Tamales & Nachos
Thursday: Pork Chops & Sauerkraut
Friday: Fish & Chips
Saturday: Sweet & Sour Chicken, Rice, Eggrolls
Sunday: Honey Parmesan Pork Roast, Red Potatoes, Salad
