This week we have a birthday to celebrate, so we will be having a favorite dinner in honor of the birthday boy. Things will be a bit mixed up though because he is going swimming that night with our church group and I don’t want him to eat that big of a meal before swimming. And we don’t want to wait till he gets back to eat as it will be a little on the late side for eating a big dinner. So we are having the birthday meal on Tuesday, and the cake and ice cream on Wednesday after he gets back home. It all works, right?
Here is what we are eating this week:
Monday- Ham and Bean Soup, Cornbread
Tuesday-Chicken Parmigiana, Italian Bread, Salad
Thursday-Teriyaki Stirfry, Rice
Friday-Spaghetti and Meatballs, Green Beans, French Bread
Saturday-Fried Ham and Potatoes
Sunday-Steak, Baked Potatoes, Salad
