It was my sister’s birthday on Saturday, so we didn’t eat our meal plan that night. It has been rescheduled to this week. Instead of what we had planned, we had Coconut Curry, Pumpkin Chipotle soup, and a Butternut Cranberry Couscous. It was pretty good for vegetarian fare.
I finally came up with a new novel idea the end of last week. It is very easy to expand into a series and I am excited to write it. I have a lot of plotting to do this week and next. I will actually write the book in November for NanoWriMo. ;

Tuesday: Spiedies , Chips
Wednesday: Meatloaf, Baked Potatoes, Green Beans
Thursday: Oven BBQ Chicken, Baked Potatoes, Corn
Saturday: Stuffed Ground Beef, Salad, Rolls, Corn
Sunday: IP Lasagna, French Bread, Salad
