This week my son is working on completing his Duty to God award. One of his goals was to learn how to cook three different meals. So our menu reflects his choices of what to cook. He is in charge of dinner on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights.
Here is what we are having for dinner this week:
Tuesday– Elegant Chicken, Rice, Baked Acorn Squash
Wednesday– Tuna Casserole
Thursday– Hamburgers, French Fries
Friday– Eating out–We have a field trip to a corn maze that afternoon. It is about 2 hours away, so we are planning on grabbing dinner somewhere in the “Big City.”
Saturday– Chicken and Dumplings
Sunday— Pork Chops & Sauerkraut, Apple Crisp
