I spent a lot of last week just breathing. I felt like I was just in a fog. I guess it was from the stress of everything with my Mom these past few months and then the let down after her funeral. I just couldn’t think and I am still having trouble with a dull headache that won’t leave. I didn’t do any writing, but toward the end of the week I did manage to think through my publishing schedule and made some necessary adjustments. I hope that this week will be better and I will be able to accomplish some much needed writing.
Here is what we are planning to eat this week…
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Crockpot Chicken & Noodles, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy
Tuesday: Pizza–Chandler has an eye appt. in a town about 45 minutes to an hour away. So we are picking up Dominos on the way home. A treat for sure. 🙂
Wednesday: Church Dinner–We had a 90 day scripture reading challenge this year and this is a celebration of the conclusion of that. We are having steak and chicken, dutch oven potatoes, salads, rolls, and desserts. I signed up to take rolls.
Thursday: Bacon Wrapped Pork Fillets, Buttered Red Potatoes, Salad
Friday: Chicken Quesadillas
Saturday: Bacon Cheeseburgers, Fries
Sunday: Chicken Stuffing Casserole, Green Beans, Salad
