Well, this week I am reusing a menu from last Friday as we ended up not being home in time. We spent a little extra time visiting on the return trip and we just didn’t make it home in time for dinner. So we ate out one more time. By now you know that I hate to let a good dinner plan go to waste, so I am going to reuse it his week. Not a big deal since we never ate it, so no one in my family is sick of it.
Our Bountiful Basket order was fabulous this week, so I will be utilizing it in the meals as usual. I am seriously loving the Bountiful Baskets program. It is such a blessing!
Here is what we are having this week:
Monday–Spaghetti and Meatballs, Salad, Ciabatta Bread, Strawberry Shortcake
Tuesday– Oven Baked Chicken, Yellow Crookneck Squash, Salad, Fresh Coconut
Wednesday– Tacos, Apple Crisp, Vanilla Ice Cream
Thursday–Chef Salad, Fresh Fruit (My boys will both be gone, so it is just me for the next two nights. I like simple and healthy. 😉 )
Friday-Chef Salad, Fresh Fruit
Saturday-Stroganoff over Wide Egg Noodles, Salad, Blonde Brownies
Sunday–Grilled Porkchops, Butternut Squash, Salad
