Another busy week around here for me. But what else is new, right?
I will be working really hard to get my novel ready for beta readers this next week. I just couldn’t make it for this week as I got sick and everything fell apart last week. But we are back on track this week. Hopefully I can keep the pace I need in order to reach my goals. I will be making some blog changes this week. Food posts will now happen on Wednesdays. And I am a bit in limbo for Thursdays. I may try a few different things this month and see what I prefer and what everyone else prefers. Fridays will still be 5 Things Friday and will become a linkup starting this week. So put your thinking caps on and be ready to link up with your own 5 Things Friday post. I will have graphics available for you on this Thursday. 🙂

Monday: Vegetable Beef Soup
Tuesday: Ribs, Baked Potatoes, Salad
Thursday: Instant Pot Lasagna, Baguette Bread, Salad
Friday: On Your Own–Probably a Chef Salad for me–This may sound weird for a Friday night, but the boys will be gone that night and will probably grab something from a restaurant. So it will pretty much just be me.
Saturday: Steak & Fries
Sunday: Baked Chicken, Baked Potatoes, Salad
