We are finally back and eating at home this week! I like eating out, but after doing it for an entire week, I am really grateful to be able to eat my home-cooked meals. I think we will all appreciate them! Not only will it really taste better, but it will be so much healthier for us too.
Here is what we are planning to eat this week:
Monday-A&W meal-Our last meal on the road! Yay!
Tuesday-Pork Sirloin Roast, Asparagus, Green Beans, Roasted Baby Potatoes
Wednesday-Chicken Parmesan, Salad, Bruschetta, Asparagus
Thursday-Beef Stirfry, Rice
Friday-Date Night Dinner-We are still determining what we want as the boy child will be on a Scout campout this night. 😉
Saturday– Spaghetti & Meatballs, Salad, Ciabatta Bread
Sunday–Beef Roast & Veggies
