Not too much to say this week. Got another great basket on Saturday. Lots of fresh fruit for snacks this week. I’ll most likely make several smoothies as well. Those always seem to hit the spot on warm Summer days, and they are fairly healthy as well.
Monday–Hamburgers, Chips, Fresh Sliced Tomato, Brownies
Tuesday– Grilled Porkchops, New Potatoes with Butter, Fresh Green Beans
Wednesday– Tuna Casserole, Salad
Thursday–-Beef Teriyaki Stirfry, Rice (I will post the recipe for this versatile recipe later this week. It is truly a favorite here in our home.)
Friday-Tacos with Fresh Salsa, Ice Cream
Saturday–Tater Tot Casserole, Salad (I’ll post the recipe for the Tater Tot Casserole too. We make it different from most people, and it is very good, yet simple.)
Sunday–Roast and Veggies
