This week brings more work and busyness. I know, what else is new around here? Not much. Just really busy and working hard.
I didn’t use my meal plan for last Sunday, so we are having that tonight instead. We had so many leftovers from our Taco night on Saturday, that we just had those instead. It worked and sort of gave me a day off from the kitchen, right?
Here is what we are planning to eat this week…
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Teriyaki Stirfry, Rice
Tuesday: Grilled Chicken Breasts, Swiss Chard
Wednesday: Pork chops, Sauerkraut
Thursday: Spaghetti & Meatballs, Summer Squash
Friday: Hamburgers, Fries
Saturday: Super Nachos
Sunday: Roast & Veggies
