Another week, another menu. I have to say that the turkey I made on Saturday has been fabulous. It is so nice to have that meat ready to eat for turkey sandwiches and salads. I’m so glad I did that.
This week, I am planning a menu for each day, but Friday’s menu may change. It is our Wedding Anniversary and the hubby is being tight lipped about his plans. I know he is working on something, but I don’t know what. So I have no idea if we will go out for dinner or if I will be making a special dinner. So I am planning like I am making a special dinner, but it might change due to his plans. LOL!
So here are our plans for this week:
Monday— Turkey, Corn on the Cob, Salad
Tuesday– Cheeseburgers, Cheesy Salad, Chips
Thursday– Grilled Pork Chops, Corn on the Cob, Baked Potato
Friday-Steak, Shrimp, Baked Potato, Salad, Chocolate Layered Dessert
Saturday-Homemade Pizza, Salad
Sunday–Crockpot Chicken, Rice Pilaf
