It’s hard to believe that this is already the second week of the new year. Hopefully I will get more accomplished this week than I did last week. Oh, I got things done last week, but not anything to write home about if you know what I mean.
We did make one small menu change last week and I made homemade mac & cheese instead of the lasagna. So we are planning on eating that this week.

Monday: Vegetable Beef Soup, Salad
Tuesday: Tuna Casserole
Wednesday: BBQ Riblets, Baked Potatoes, Salad
Thursday: Instant Pot Lasagna, French Bread, Salad
Friday: Sweet & Sour Chicken, Rice, Eggrolls
Saturday: Baked Drumsticks, Hot Wings, Baked Potatoes, Salad
Sunday: Crockpot Beef Tips & Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans
