So life happened this past week and threw my publishing schedule out the door. The book I had hoped to release next week won’t be releasing until March. Looking down the release schedule, it might be better timing anyway. So now I am working on the release that should happen in February for my pen name. And working on the release or my son’s book this week. Busy, busy, busy…
I ended up changing a couple of items on our meal plan last week. So I recovered one of those meals for this week’s plan. And I discovered that baked potatoes in the Instant Pot are wonderful, easy, and the Instant Pot is a lifesaver when you forget to put them in the oven on time and company is coming for dinner. Literally saved me and dinner.

Tuesday: Crockpot Chicken & Noodles, Mashed Potatoes
Wednesday: Hamburger Macaroni Goulash
Thursday: Hamburger Soup, Biscuits
Saturday: Chicken Nuggets, Tater Tots
Sunday: Baked Chicken, Baked Potatoes, Green Beans
