This menu planning is working out so well, I decided to do it again. I know that it frees me up and I don’t have to think so hard about what I have on hand to make for dinner. It also makes me feel so much more organized, as well as a better mom and wife. I like having the accountability of the Menu Plan Monday meme as well.
So here are our menu plans for this week:
Monday–Vegetable Beef Soup, Oatmeal Muffins
Tuesday–Chicken & Rice, Sweet Cooked Carrots, Jello
Wednesday–Tilapia, Baked Potatoes, Mixed Veggies
Thursday–Porkchops, Sauerkraut, Orange Cheese Mold
Friday–Swiss Steak, Boiled New Potatoes, Peas & Carrots, Peanut Butter Fingers
Saturday–Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches, Macaroni Salad, Carrots and Celery w/Ranch Dip
Sunday–Oven BBQ Chicken, Twice Baked Potatoes, Green Beans, Brownie Sundaes
I will try to add some of the recipes this week for some of the other items, such as the Peanut Butter Fingers and the Orange Cheese Mold. What are you planning for dinner this week?
