As I was planning our menu for our Valentine’s Dinner, I realized that we are eating yellow foods instead of red. But that is ok–yellow is a happy color and we really love these foods. The Lemon Meringue Pie is my hubby’s favorite, so it seemed like a no-brainer way to show him I love him.
Here is what we are planning to eat this week:
Monday-Lemon Chicken, Spinach, Cheesy Salad, Lemon Meringue Pie
Tuesday– Spaghetti & Meatballs, Salad
Wednesday– Hobo Dinners
Thursday-BBQ Chicken Breasts, Baked Potatoes, Green Beans
Saturday– Steak Dinner (Gary’s Birthday–he has only demanded steak thus far. LOL!)
Sunday–Lasagna, Salad, French Bread
