Here is what we are eating this week:
Monday- Pan-seared Pork Chops, Corn on the Cob, Asparagus, Buttered New Potatoes
Tuesday-Spaghetti and Meatballs, Ciabatta Bread, Green Beans
Wednesday-Oven BBQ Chicken, Baked Potatoes, Salad
Thursday-Hamburgers, French Fries
Friday-Fried Ham and Potatoes
Saturday-Steak, Baked Potatoes, Squash
Sunday-Family Dinner-At my Mom’s house: Ham and Twice Baked Potatoes, Dinner Rolls (I am making them), 2 chocolate pies, Coconut Cake , and I plan on making a layered jello just because I want it. I have no idea what else she has planned.
