I can’t hardly believe that Christmas is just a week away! Where on earth does the time GO?
This week has us busy finishing up Christmas things and I finally after Wednesday, will have time to finish up for my immediate family. It has been nuts, nuts, nuts around here. I had a HUGE project for Relief Society that I finished up Friday night. Now I am just finishing up table decorations for the Ward (church) party on Wednesday night. I’ve been saying for over a week that if I can just make it through Wednesday, then I will be OK. That is now super close and I am pretty sure I can do it. Whew!
On Saturday evening, we will have the missionaries over for dinner. I asked them a few weeks ago what they wanted that was special. They both started talking about breakfast foods. One of them said his Mom always made Ebelskivers, but you have to have a special pan to do them, so not to worry about it. Guess who had an ebelskiver pan in her cupboard? That’s right. This girl. God knew there was ONE person who might have this pan already and know what ebelskivers were. He is now uber excited, and we made it through transfers this week, so I am positive that God wants him to have those ebelskivers this weekend. Glad I can help bring that wish to fruition. Our other Elder wanted crepes. So breakfast for dinner it is…
Here is what we are planning to eat this week…
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Spaghetti & Meatballs, French Bread, Salad

Friday: Hamburgers & Fries
