Well, I am back from all of the camping and business trips and I am once again in charge of putting some meals together each day. It seems my family likes to eat or something. So I have put together a few meals this week that I think I can stand to make in the heat of summer. It has been so hot here. We haven’t really been that hungry, but we still need some good nutrition for energy.
Here is what I have planned for this week:
Monday— Steak Rollups on spaghetti, French Bread, Zucchini-Carrot Cake
Tuesday-Grilled Pork Chops w/ Orange Sauce, Creamed Peas & Potatoes, Salad
Wednesday-BLT’s, Fresh Fruit
Thursday– Elegant Chicken–grilled, Summer Squash, Salad
Saturday-Teriyaki Steak Stirfry, Rice, Bread & Butter, Peach Whip
Sunday–Spaghetti & Meatballs, Salad, French Bread, Chocolate Mousse
