Some of this will look a lot like last week’s menu. Part of that is because I changed menus on the fly and didn’t use my plan. So I have rescheduled those unused items for this week. Why skip some perfectly good meals? I am also on my own for a couple of nights, so I am just planning what *I* want to eat those nights.
Here is what we are planning to eat this week:
Monday- Leftover Steak, Corn on the Cob, Yellow Squash, Fresh Fruit
Tuesday-Chef Salad, Ciabatta Bread
Wednesday-Grilled Chicken, Summer Squash, Salad
Saturday-Hamburgers, French Fries
Sunday-Roasted Cornish Game Hens, Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy
