It has been about a year since I posted our menu plan here on my blog. I just quit doing it for whatever reason. I’ve posted a few recipes in that time, but not what we’ve been eating on a regular basis. I figured it was past time to do it. I don’t know if it helps anyone else, but I do know my son likes to click on my blog and read what we are having for dinner. For some reason, he never looks in my planner. I’ve still been menu planning off and on, but it has just been in my personal planner. Time to resurrect it and make it a planned Monday post again. It seems like a good plan since I’ve taken the past month or so off from blogging. Time to get on a schedule again.
Anyway, here are my plans for dinner this week. I will be adding fresh veggies from garden for side dishes.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Chicken Spiedies, Chips (I’ll post a recipe for the Spiedies sometime soon. They are our absolute favorites! I even requested them for my birthday dinner this year.)
Wednesday: Spaghetti, French Bread, Green Beans, Salad
Thursday: Teriyaki Stirfry, Rice
Friday: Steak, Salad, Summer Squash Casserole
Saturday: Super Nachos
Sunday: Roast & Veggies
