Yeah, I know…it is technically Halloween. And we have Thanksgiving to go too, before this Christmas stuff. But this year I am trying to be ahead of the game and get a few things done for Christmas ahead of time. Things like Christmas cards. We finally got some family photos done this year, and we need to send some of those out to our family and friends. Christmas cards are a very real solution to this and it makes everyone happy. And it saves me a ton of time trying to find just the right ones as I can’t really think of a better card than one with our family photo. That way everyone knows who sent it.
This year, I am going to try ordering my cards from Shutterfly.com. I think it will be really fun to order Christmas photo cards this year for our friends and family. I can’t think of a better Holiday surprise than to send our cards out this way. (We haven’t had a family picture done in several years.)
I am currently trying to decide between two of the great designs that Shutterfly offers. We are debating between this one:
or perhaps this one:
I love the messages on both of these cards. If you are on my card list, you will find out in a few weeks which design we chose.
One of the things I love about these cards is that you can choose another image for the back and even personalize a message. That is really cool and I think my friends and family are going to love the personal touch this year.
