I absolutely LOVED this book! It is a story of faith and staying true to who you are no matter what happens. It is also the story of how God is there to help and that He is there for you always. Having read this true story has made me have a deep desire to see the movie that is based on it. The movie will be in theaters September 27th and I just can’t wait to see it.
Here is the official trailer:
Doesn’t that just look FABULOUS???
We have a standard rule around here about movies that are based on books. We have to read the book before we see the movie. It makes for some great conversations about how well the movie adaptation was in comparison to the book. And we like to compare notes of how the characters on the big screen matched the ones we created in our minds as we read the story. It’s just fun.
Do you want a chance to read the book before the movie? I have some good news! I have been authorized to give away a copy of the book to one of my readers! Just follow the directions in the rafflecopter and you will be entered for a chance to win your own copy of the book. This giveaway is open to those readers in the USA and/or Canada ONLY. This giveaway will be open until September 3rd at Midnight. After it closes, a winner will be chosen randomly and notified through email. The winner will then have 24 hours to send me their mailing address so that I can pass that on to my contact for the fulfillment of their prize.
